Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
